GIVING US YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS, AS WELL AS THE ORDER NUMBER. WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE SPECIFY THE REASON FOR THIS REQUEST IN ORDER TO UNDERSTAND THE PURPOSE OF THE RETURN AND TO IMPROVE OUR SERVICES.
– YOU HAVE 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO RETURN THE ITEM(S).
– ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED COMPLETE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH: DELIVERY BOX, BAG, DUST BAG AND LABELS…
– PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS IF THE ARTICLE IS INTACT, UNUSED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
– THE REFUND WILL BE MADE ONCE THE ARTICLE HAS BEEN RECEIVED, BY THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED TO MAKE THE ORDER AND WITHIN 15 DAYS.
– YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGE INCURRED DURING THE RETURN SHIPPING. WE THEREFORE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU RETURN YOUR PACKAGE OPTING FOR THE “TRACK AND TRACE” OPTION. IT WILL ALLOW YOU TO AVOID ANY DISPUTES THAT MAY ARISE BETWEEN THE SENDER AND THE RECIPIENT.
